Snap & Grip carries phone cases, chargers and cables, power banks, holders, stands, car accessories, and everyday mobile essentials.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are 7–12 business days in the United States and United Kingdom, 7–15 business days in Canada and Europe, and 10–20 business days for other international destinations.
Can I return an item?+
Unused items in their original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of receipt. Contact support before sending an item back, and review the return policy for eligibility details.
How can I track my order?+
Once an order ships, a tracking number is sent by email. Use the provided tracking link to follow its progress.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Contact support as soon as possible with photos of the issue so the team can review the order and help resolve it.
